Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter “You”), Ruxi (hereinafter “Ruxi”, “we” or “our”), through the Ruxi website.
By using ruxi.shop and / or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the “Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
The orders can only be made by individuals with at least 18 years, not supervised.
The inclusion of any product or service in Ruxi at any given time does not imply or guarantee that said product or service is available at any time. We reserve the right to interrupt the continuity of a product at any time.
1. Website use
- It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works or distribute any content (except your own information) of the Website without prior written consent.
Ruxi reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this agreement, prices, charges and conditions at any time. You will be responsible for reviewing and familiarizing yourself with the mentioned modifications.
3. Place an order
To facilitate the ordering of products through the Ruxi Website, we offer you the possibility of creating a Personal Account (not obligatory) since you can place orders without being registered and being a Ruxi customer. The Personal Data that you provide to us during the registration process will be stored in our database and you will not need to enter them every time you place an order, since the order form will be filled in automatically.
¿How to register?
After creating your Personal Account, you will receive an automatic e-mail to inform you that your account has been created. Your email address will be the username of your account. During the registration process we will ask you to create your own password. You can change the password when you log in to your account. You must keep the username and password secret. You agree to compromise with all instructions and safety recommendations we give and to inform us immediately if you suspect that an unauthorized use of your account has occurred or if any unauthorized person accesses it.
We may deny a purchase order for various reasons, for example, if you provide incorrect personal data. We can also cancel an order if the requested products are out of stock, in which case any amount paid will be returned and will notify you about the equivalent products if such products are available.
Likewise, we can suspend your access to the Website without any liability if, in our opinion, such measure is necessary to protect the Ruxi Website. You will be responsible for the misuse of your username and password, even if they are used to place orders.
You can withdraw your order until it has been confirmed by us. Then, any payment you have made for the purpose will be refunded, for more questions about order cancellation or returns please go to FAQ or Return Policy.
4. Order process
First select items from our product line and their details will be added to the “Shopping cart” by clicking on the “Add to shopping cart” button. By clicking on the “Finish purchase” button, you will start the payment process for the products contained in your Shopping cart. By clicking on the “Pay Now” button you send us an offer to buy the products in the Shopping Cart and you agree to pay for those items.
Once you have placed your order, if you have provided us with an email address, you will receive a confirmation email.
If for some reason we could not complete your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for said order, we will try to refund the applicable amount following the same method used when making the payment. If, for some reason, alternative adjustments are required, we will notify you by asking you to contact Ruxi customer service who will process the refund.
Received a wrong/damaged product.
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you
quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a weeks’ time with photos of the
damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
5. Delivery times
In the e-mail of acceptance of the order we will indicate the estimated delivery time for your products. The estimated delivery times will be between 5 and 20 working days (that is, not including Saturdays,) within the European Union, and 10 to 20 outside the European Union. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are not binding.
In case we cannot meet the original estimated delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will indicate a new estimated delivery time, which will not be binding.
Although we will do our best to deliver the products within the indicated period, sometimes they take longer than expected since we are governed by the transport providers.
If you do not receive your order within the specified deadline, go to your post office in case your package is there. If they confirm that they do not have the products, get in touch with us and we will do our best to help you via email email@example.com. During periods of high volume of work (such as Christmas) or with especially inclement weather, we thank you for allowing another day before contacting us.
‘Note’ Due to Covid-19 are fulfillment times increased and delayed shipping times. This can change time to time depending on coronavirus global situation, and transport company.
Bear in mind that the transport company may require a signature upon delivery and will not leave you the products without said signature. Orders can be delivered to a workplace to prevent the transport company from returning the products for not having found you at your address.
We only deliver products to the places indicated on the Website, subject to the EU regulations in force at any time regarding free trade within the European Union. If the order must be delivered to a place where we do not deliver, it will be canceled and the refund will be made.
If you order several products, we may sometimes have to make more than one delivery, because some products are not packaged in the same package.
The order will be sent to the delivery address that you indicate in your order form. We decline all liability due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
6. Prices/shipping costs
All prices indicated on the Ruxi- Website include the legally applicable Value Added Tax in force.
- The prices indicated on the Website are denominated in EUROS and do not include shipping costs. If the order exceeds 50 euros then the shipping will we free. If this amount is not exceeded, the amount of the shipment will be 3 euros, this shipping price may vary when (Ruxi) sees it necessary, without prior notice
7. Payment Methods
You must pay for the products by credit or debit card, PayPal or any other method indicated on the payment page.

You will receive the legally required invoice in the shipping confirmation email.
8. Shipping & Returns
The product in stock is normally delivered in the number of working days shown on the Website. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue monitoring the order. It is possible to cancel the order if an order is delayed for more than 30 days, if the delay is not due to you we will refund the money.
We deliver to most places in the world except for now we do not send orders to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea. because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. This list may change periodically.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier service if it is not possible to deliver the package, it will be returned to our headquarters and you will be notified once it has been returned. You will have to confirm the updated and correct address in less than 30 days, and confirm the changes for the package resend, at no cost to the customer. For this we will contact you or contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate the correct address.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Exchange an item for a different size/color
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
9. The purchase of products
Orders are made exclusively through the ruxi website and are received at Prinfull provider with we work. Before placing an order, it is your responsibility to check and determine full capacity to receive the products. They are absolutely necessary to ensure the successful delivery of the products delivery address, zip code and email address.
All information asked about the payment page must be filled out accurately. Ruxi will not be responsible for the delivery lost due to an incorrect delivery address. In case you want to request a change in the delivery address, telephone number, or any other special requirement, please contact email@example.com.
If the package arrives and you are not at the delivery destination site, Ruxi does not take charge since it depends on the carrier, they can leave a note and ask you to reschedule the delivery for a different time.
We may change these General Conditions at any time. Next the Terms Conditions modified on the website are established and will come into effect once you have accepted (in relation to a new order through the website or when browsing the Web).
The mask is not intended to act as a medical device or other medical product, and should not be used as a replacement for conventional and approved personal protective equipment, including surgical masks or respirators. No warranties, either express or implied, are hereby given that the mask will prevent infection or the transmission of viruses or diseases. The mask is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
